About Us + Our Mission

  • Our Story

    We are a mother-daughter brand based in Los Angeles, CA. In 2018, we began designing and creating our pieces. As two plus-size women, we struggled to find clothing that fit our unique style and size. We wanted to elevate our everyday looks while maintaining our fashion sense and comfortability. Our goal is to ensure that more women can see themselves reflected in BeKMa One. We aim to make you feel empowered and confident when you wear our Kimonos.

  • Why one size?

    We carefully curated our collection from the fabrics to the fit, keeping your comfort in mind. As a brand founded by plus-size women, we saw the need for inclusive sizing. Instead of designing the traditional sizes S-L, we have created our one-size Kimono to fit sizes L-3XL. Please refer to our sizing information on the listing descriptions so you understand the exact measurements to see if it's the right fit for you. We are a small brand and expanding our size range in upcoming collections.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be emailed tracking information as soon as it becomes available. Click here for our complete shipping information.

Returns

We accept free returns 7 days after delivery if your Kimono arrives damaged, incorrectly, or if you change your mind. Please note that we only accept unused and unworn Kimonos with the tags still attatched. You may request a return here: Return Request

Sizing
